Acceptance of our products upon delivery are considered proof of good health and survivability. If recipient is not availble when delivery is made, we will do a porch delivery when available. If there is not porch delivery available, we will bring th arrangment back to our store location and it will be availbel for you to pick up. If you need a second delivery attempt, there will be another delviery charge . Delivery can be made ANYTIME betwen 9am-4pm.
We are not able to accept returns for fresh cut product such as vase arrangements or plants beyond 1 hour delivery or pickup. If returned within the first hour due to our mistake, we will replace it free of charge. We ask that you take extra care of your flowers and living plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. DEPOSIT/ RETAINER POLICY
Retainers, sometimes known as deposits, are non refundable.Retainer ( or full payment) is required to book order. If an order is canceled the retainer (50% ) of the total is NON REFUNDABLE. If order needs to be canceled, we will offer store credit.
